Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

Are you nearing the end of your vocational training and interested in the role of Turbine Insulator? Do you want to work with engaged colleagues in an organization that constantly seeks to improve and develop? We are now looking for apprentices to join our Insulation team!

At Bilfinger, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a work environment characterized by learning and knowledge sharing.

As a Turbine Insulator, you will work on manufacturing insulation mattresses for gas and steam turbines as well as installation at our customers' sites. The work primarily takes place in our central workshop in Finspång, but travel may occur within Finspång, Sweden, and internationally.

You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration and participation are central. We meet our customers daily and always focus on service. Safety is our highest priority, and we work in a structured and systematic way to create a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

We are looking for someone who has

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
