About the Role

We are now looking for machine operators for production at Siemens Energy in Finspång. As a machine operator, you will work with the manufacturing and processing of components within the energy sector. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines according to instructions and quality requirements. The work also involves basic maintenance, quality checks, and following safety procedures.

Common tasks may include:

• Setting up and operating machines in production
• Monitoring processes and ensuring quality
• Performing basic maintenance and reporting deviations
• Collaborating with colleagues in production and technology

Working hours vary depending on the department and may include daytime, evening shifts, night shifts, or 2–3 shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys working in a team. You are safety-conscious, quality-focused, and contribute to a positive work environment. Depending on the specific assignment, requirements may vary, but generally, we expect you to meet the following:

• Experience working as a machine operator or in industry/production
• Forklift license and/or overhead crane license (required or meritorious depending on the position)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with SAP or similar production systems
• Technical education or industrial technical background
