Where you will work

In central Linköping, we have our nursing home Duvan. We are a large facility with 94 apartments spread over four floors. There are 48 apartments focused on somatic care and 46 apartments intended for individuals with dementia diagnoses.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes having continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly others, both internal and external contacts, to ensure good care.

Job description

We are currently looking for a full-time colleague for a temporary position until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension and a potential permanent position, with an employment rate of ”100 %” starting from 2026-03-01.

• Licensed nurse

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police records. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
