Workplace

As a skilled worker, you will be part of the team at the operations unit. The operations team consists of twelve employees with various tasks and is led by the operations manager. The positions are based at the operations center.

The role and tasks

As a skilled worker with technical expertise in stage technology, you will work with support, maintenance, and service related to properties, premises, equipment, our green areas, parks, and based on the needs of the operations. Part of the role also includes caretaker services where you are an important player in the municipality's service to citizens and associations.

Your tasks will include:

• Representing the facility outward and conveying the needs that exist.
• Handling sound and lighting technology in the cultural house Oasen.
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and minor repairs of premises and inventory, addressing faults and deficiencies, and being the contact person for property, cleaning services, and other external partners.
• Maintenance and repairs of machines.
• Business development and coordination of activities in the premises.
• Participating in workplace safety efforts, e.g., during safety rounds and systematic fire protection work (SBA).
• Maintenance of the municipality's outdoor environments, green areas, schoolyards, and properties.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with education in sound, light, and stage technology, property services, construction and civil engineering, or other education and experience deemed equivalent by the employer. Basic IT skills and good physical fitness are prerequisites for the job.

A driver's license (B) and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Desirable qualifications for the job include:

• Knowledge and experience in handling sound and lighting systems
• Knowledge and experience from similar work, such as green area and property maintenance

Employment

1 permanent position, 100%. Start date according to agreement.

The working hours for the position are from 7 AM to 4 PM, but it also includes need-based evening and weekend work.

On-call duty may be included in the position.
