At Kindahus, we want to contribute to good integration and development in the area, and therefore we want to give young people an increased opportunity to enter the labor market. If you are between 16 and 18 years old and live in Kinda municipality, you now have the chance to work with us for two weeks this summer, from June 8 to June 19.

We will accept two summer workers in the Bergdala area and two summer workers in the Kulla area.

Your main tasks will be to create a high level of comfort for our tenants by contributing to a good and safe outdoor environment as well as common areas.

The planned work period is June 8 - June 19.

Examples of tasks:

• Sanding and varnishing benches
• Painting smaller areas, such as waste houses
• Cleaning basements/laundry rooms
• Handling waste

Are you the right person for the job?

To be considered for this position, you must be aged 16 to 18 and live in Kinda municipality. You also need to be able to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written. Your personality should be characterized by a humble and respectful attitude towards your surroundings. You are considerate and flexible.

It is an advantage if you live in Bergdala or Kulla and have access to your own car/A-tractor.

For the work period, we provide work clothes and necessary equipment.

We are covered by the collective agreement of Fastigo and the Property Employees' Union (F-agreement).

The hourly wage for summer work is based on the year of birth.

16 years: 88 SEK/hour

17 years: 97 SEK/hour

18 years: 132 SEK/hour

Vacation pay is paid in addition to the regular hourly wage.
