During the holiday period, we at Kindahus need reinforcement with a property repair technician for our Property Group. If you have experience in similar work, or if you are studying in the property/construction industry, we would love for you to apply for the position as a summer substitute with us!

The planned working period is from June 1 to August 31 but can be adjusted according to studies or similar commitments.

As a repair technician, you may work with repairs related to construction, electrical, and HVAC installations in our properties and apartments. Limitations will, of course, be based on your knowledge and qualifications. We have several external partners who support us with expertise and resources.

You will have a flexible work situation where you independently plan and perform your work. With the support of a regular employee, you will be responsible for receiving, planning, and performing/ordering repairs and adjustments in apartments/properties. Naturally, you are expected to maintain good communication with customers and suppliers during the execution of the assignment.

Main tasks:

• Receiving reports of faults via phone, email, and My Pages.
• Performing/ordering repairs based on reports from customers or internally, in both apartments and common areas.
• Handling urgent or planned repairs (during working hours).
• Replacing and repairing appliances.
• Ordering materials for the execution of repairs.
• Administering all assignments via the company's digital property system.

To manage the tasks, you are a handy person who can repair common faults in properties and apartments. You may have previous experience with the tasks, but you can also be a student in construction/property/HVAC/electrical/ventilation or equivalent with a desire and ambition to develop with us.

At a minimum, you have an education at the high school level or equivalent. You have a driver's license with at least a B category and access to a car (primarily you will use our vehicles, but in some exceptional cases, your own car may be needed). You have good computer/IT skills and can express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
