Suction Truck Driver for Waste Management Unit

Waste Management Unit

The sludge unit is part of the technical and community development administration and the VA/Waste department.

We are responsible for emptying individual cesspools, grease separators, and toilet tanks throughout Gotland. The work is carried out independently and involves regular contact with customers. The workgroup consists of six full-time drivers and a supervisor who work with these tasks year-round.

We are now looking for two suction truck drivers for our unit!

Your Responsibilities

As a suction truck driver, you will drive a suction truck to our subscribers and collect the sludge. The work is carried out independently, so it is important that you can work responsibly in a structured and efficient manner. Heavy lifting is involved.

Work according to a schedule, on-call duty may be included. Other tasks may also occur.

Who Are You?

We expect you to have a CE driving license, YKB, and work on the road. Experience in similar work and familiarity with the EDP-mobile system is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are service-oriented, social, and flexible. You are a self-sufficient team player who dares to take initiative in your work and tasks.
