Substitute - Salesperson / Distributor at Pågen in Visby

Pågen is now looking for a substitute Sales Distributor with a B or C driver's license for Saturdays and as needed during the week. You will become part of Sweden's largest sales force that supplies the country's stores and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your work in Pågen's sales team, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You will be part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a substitute job that is both varied, mobile, and fun as it includes a mix of both sales and distribution tasks. You will have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to get a little better every day.

• Visit our customers to restock our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in-store.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

The need for this position is immediate.

Who are you?

As a substitute with us, it is important that you can work some weekends and as needed during the week!

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are attentive and have an easy time building trust and are driven to work towards set goals and create results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and the position requires that you have a B or C driver's license (YKB).
