Sjöborgs Maskin is looking for a technical inside sales representative who wants to work in a varied role with a lot of customer contact and short lead times from inquiry to finished solution. You will be an important part of the flow from quote to delivery and will work with order management, supplier dialogue, purchasing, and inventory responsibility.

As a technical inside sales representative, you help customers find the right products and ensure that orders are correct and delivered on time. You will have daily contact with both customers and suppliers and handle orders via phone and email, as well as answer technical questions.

The role also includes:

·        Order management in the business system.

·        Daily contact with customers via phone or email for technical support.

·        Ordering goods and following up on deliveries.

·        Operations in your own warehouse, packing outgoing deliveries and administering incoming deliveries.

·        Participating in inventory, ISO work, and to some extent invoicing.

·        If necessary, attending events and representing Sjöborgs Maskin.
