JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work indoors or outdoors this summer? We are looking for you who want to be part of our property maintenance in Skövde municipality. In your role as a property caretaker or cleaner, you will be part of a team, where you work with the internal and external maintenance of our properties.

The tasks include cleaning, traditional property maintenance, operational service, and gardening. The work is varied and suits you who have the will and commitment to provide professional service to our customers.

As a property caretaker, you should be 18 years or older and hold a B driver's license.

We are looking for substitutes for central Skövde and our outer areas, Stöpen, Timmersdala, Tidan, Väring, Igelstorp, and Värsås.

QUALIFICATIONS

We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in property maintenance or cleaning.

As a person, you contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and customers. You have a solution-oriented approach and a good sense of service that you apply in your profession towards the customer.

A B driver's license (for manual transmission) is a requirement for the positions as property caretakers.
