As a facility technician, your most important task is to support and develop our delivery together with an engaged team.

The position includes, among other things:

• Collaborate with technical managers and CBRE's on-site team
• Be responsible for and be able to perform most technical work such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance
• Propose improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc.
• Manage contact and feedback with clients
• Collaborate with other operational staff and specialists

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial technical property management
• Education in property management or equivalent competence acquired through many years of experience
• Experience of independent work in various types of properties
• Documented experience of working with computerized control and monitoring systems
• Competence to perform follow-ups, adjust settings, and understand how systems interact with other systems
• Meritorious if you are a facility manager for fire alarms and/or sprinklers
• Meritorious if you have a hot work certificate
• Meritorious if you have competence in electrical, control/regulation, and/or HVAC

The position is full-time with placement in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
