About us

Guldvivan is a special accommodation for the elderly. The focus of the permanent places is both dementia and somatic care.

About the position

Our task is to provide our clients with a meaningful, safe, and active everyday life. We work based on each client's individual needs. Your mission is to motivate, provide good care, personal hygiene, and support the client in their daily life. There are also household chores such as laundry and cleaning. Simpler healthcare tasks may occur by delegation from a nurse.

With us, you will work on a scheduled basis during the day, evening, and weekend. We are also looking for those who want to work nights.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have:

• Completed or ongoing education that corresponds to the qualification of a nursing assistant, or another education that we assess as equivalent
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience in care work within elderly care
• Previous experience in documentation work as it is an important part of the job
• Experience using a computer as a tool in your work

As a person, you are relationship-building by seeking contact with clients and being interested in their past lives and current situations. Furthermore, you are collaborative and attentive, which for us means that you notice the clients' wishes and needs. We also believe that you need to be proactive to fit into the role, by asking your colleagues about routines and working methods.
