As a repair technician at Håbohus, you will be the face of the company and often the first on-site. The breadth of the position means a varied daily routine, and you will work with everything inside the property, including carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical work. You will be part of a team with four other repair technicians and independently plan and prioritize your work with the support of your immediate supervisor.

The work is based at our office in central Bålsta, where we also have our service vehicles. The position may include on-call duties for snow removal and ice prevention from November to March, distributed among three teams.

You who apply should have experience from similar positions and basic knowledge in areas such as heating, ventilation, drainage, basic carpentry, and electrical work. Since a large part of the work takes place in our customers' homes, it is essential that you possess good social skills and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with Vitec or another digital property management system.

Håbohus AB is the municipal housing company in Håbo municipality. We have approximately 1550 apartments located in Bålsta and Skokloster, ranging from 1 room with a kitchenette of 21 sqm to 5 rooms and a kitchen of 148 sqm. Most apartments are centrally located very close to services and transportation. We also have 4 residences included in our portfolio.
