About the Position

The role of a service salesperson involves actively visiting customers and working to enhance the collaboration between Zeppelin and the customer.

This means having overall responsibility for the customer, understanding their business, service needs, machinery, financial advice, training needs, and offering attractive campaigns and activities.

In this position, you will represent us as a dealer for Caterpillar's construction machinery and visit existing and new customers within the industry. In close dialogue with the customer, you will sell products and services from our offering, which includes service agreements, preventive repairs and renovations, wear parts, and undercarriages. A service salesperson also performs simpler inspections of machines in the field.

The repairs, services, and renovations that you sell to customers are then delivered by our workshop in Landvetter. The position is based in Landvetter, and you report to the Aftermarket Sales Manager. You will be part of a team with seven sales colleagues across the country. Travel to customers throughout the geographical area of responsibility is a natural part of the job.

Your Background:

Enjoy working with relationship-building sales
Have experience in aftermarket sales in the construction industry or a similar field
Have previous experience working within CRM systems for leads and follow-up

For this position, you also need to have a valid driver's license (B) and be proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Your Profile:

To succeed in the role of Service Salesperson at Zeppelin Sweden, you should be driven, consultative, and have the ability to create profitability for both the customer and your employer. In addition, it is important to have a strong desire to help your customers achieve lower total costs for their operations through your consultative selling.
