Internship – Key Account Manager (B2B)

Do you want to gain practical experience in B2B sales and Key Account Management, from identifying leads to closing deals and building long-term customer relationships? Then this might be the right internship for you.

We are now looking for an intern to join our team as a Key Account Manager at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. With us, you will work with the entire sales process in a company that operates within cybersecurity, AI, digital risk management, and security awareness.

About the role

As an intern – Key Account Manager, you will have clear responsibilities and great freedom. You will work closely with the founders and the commercial team, where you will among other things:

  • Identify and analyze potential B2B customers

  • Generate and qualify leads

  • Make initial contact with decision-makers, often via phone or email

  • Plan and conduct customer dialogues and needs analyses

  • Work with proposal materials, follow-ups, and support in negotiations

  • Follow the deal all the way to closure

  • Work in and contribute to the structure in CRM and sales processes

  • Develop, test, and refine a sales strategy in practice

You will have the opportunity to own your deals and accounts, test your own ideas, and see what actually works, with guidance and feedback along the way.

Who we are looking for

We believe that you:

  • Are studying sales, business development, marketing, IT, or similar (YH/university)

  • Are looking to complete an internship as part of your education or want a work placement

  • Are self-driven, proactive, and responsible

  • Are not afraid to reach out to new people or pick up the phone

  • Enjoy working in a structured way but also testing new approaches

  • Have an interest in B2B, business, and consultative selling

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

  • Can quickly absorb information and learn about new tools and products

Previous experience in sales is a plus, but attitude and drive are more important than your CV.
