We are looking for a practical and solution-oriented caretaker who wants to work with ongoing repairs and maintenance of our properties and restaurants throughout Värmland. You will be an important part of the operations and ensure that our premises and technical functions work as they should.

The job is mobile and involves daily visits to different restaurants. A driver's license is therefore a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Repairs of furnishings, equipment, and simpler machines
• Repairing and replacing tiles, grouting, and minor surface repairs
• Ongoing maintenance of premises, kitchens, and outdoor environments
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
• Contacting external craftsmen when needed
• Supervision of properties and reporting any deficiencies
• Emergency interventions during operational disruptions

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, property maintenance, construction, or similar
• Practical experience in tile work and simpler tiling
• Good technical understanding
• Class B driver's license
• Ability to work independently and prioritize correctly
• Swedish in speech and writing
