Job Responsibilities: - You support users in their daily lives, all according to the social worker's decisions. - Provide support and companionship, and help create a meaningful everyday life. - Use our digital planning system to plan users' interventions. - Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans. - Through our contact person system, you will have a special responsibility for some users, where you help create and follow up implementation plans and manage information transfer. - Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care groups and HSL staff to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications: We are looking for you who have education in care and nursing or equivalent experience and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great importance on your ability to collaborate. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Conditions: The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Start date 260216 or by agreement. The employment is a temporary position until 260426, until the regular holder of the position returns. For employment, a copy of the criminal record extract for HVB homes (in an unopened envelope) is required.
