About the position

Welcome to the Scania family

Scania Kongsvinger is experiencing strong growth. Our PDI center (Pre Delivery Inspection) will be further developed into a central hub for the preparation of new vehicles for the East/North region – and eventually nationally.

As the head of PDI and new cars, you will have overall responsibility for the entire process, from when the vehicle arrives at the center until it is delivered to the customer. You will lead a dedicated and highly skilled team of six employees. Together, you will ensure good flows, high quality, and deliveries that meet Scania's high standards.

Who are we looking for?

You have a technical background, preferably from workshop operations or working with heavy vehicles, and thrive in a role where leadership meets operational activities. You are structured, quality-conscious, and have a good ability to follow up on details.

You take responsibility, create order, build structure, and get people on board.
