We are looking for a reliable and hands-on property worker for basic outdoor and property maintenance for Nyköpingshem.

The position is a summer temporary job from May 18 to August 14. The work will suit those who enjoy outdoor work and contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained property environment. A B driver's license is required.

• Mow lawns and maintain grass areas

• Weed flower beds, paths, and around property areas

• Manage environmental rooms and waste disposal including sorting and emptying

• Perform basic ongoing maintenance and supervision tasks outdoors

• Report deviations and maintenance needs to management or the responsible contact person

• Previous experience in lawn mowing, weeding, or similar outdoor work is an advantage

• Experience in managing environmental rooms and waste disposal is desirable

• A B driver's license is required

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic digital maturity — able to receive assignments digitally, read simple digital instructions, and report via mobile or computer

• Monday–Wednesday: 07:00–16:15

• Thursday: 07:00–18:00

• Friday: 07:00–13:00

• Responsible and meticulous with a sense of order and safety

• Practical, self-driven, and clear in communication

• Flexible and service-oriented towards residents and colleagues

• Enjoys outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• A clear and operational role with established working hours

• Support from management and colleagues as well as an introduction at the start
