We are currently seeking a Tender Coordinator for one of our valued clients in Liljeholmen.

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a Tender Coordinator for a company that needs reinforcement in their Tender team. You will belong to a group of five people and receive and manage your own tender processes. You will be in contact with several different departments and ensure that the right information is collected to submit a tender in their portal. You will ensure deadlines and make sure everything is correctly entered and updated. You will drive the project from start to finish, which requires good coordinating and communication skills. The company's working language is English, and you will report to the Team Leader for Tender.

This is a full-time consulting assignment for approximately 12 months, with the possibility of working part-time (around 75%). Desired start as soon as possible. You will be employed by us at The Place and work at the client company. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility to work from home one day a week. The company is located in Liljeholmen.

Responsibilities

• Receive procurements and initiate a project for a tender and call a meeting with relevant parties.

• Collect and compile information and materials from internal departments and suppliers needed to submit a tender.

• Ensure correct information and submit tenders in the company's portal.

• Keep statistics and evaluate the process after the client's decision to contract.

• Receive RFIs and coordinate with the appropriate parties.

Your background

• Previous experience in a coordinating role and leading projects.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite and Excel.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Education in Procurement, Economics, Law, or similar.

• It is an advantage if you have previous experience with tenders and procurement and/or knowledge of laws and regulations in public procurement.

Working hours/Duration

Consulting assignment for approximately 12 months with a possible chance of extension.

Scope: 75-100%

Start: Immediately.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility and the ability to work from home one day a week.
