Temporary Position Available in Goods Reception at Beros

Beros is today one of the leading grinding companies in Sweden. The business consists of grinding, manufacturing, and selling cutting and holding tools as well as measuring tools. We are now looking for a temporary replacement for our goods reception due to parental leave for approximately one year. There may be a possibility of extension for the right person.

As a goods receiver at Beros, you work at the heart of the operation and take care of incoming and outgoing goods. You register tools, create work orders, send tools for coating, and handle laser marking of tools as well as other tasks that occur in a goods reception.

Your main tasks are:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods
  • Sort and register tools for regrinding in our business system and enter the order in the grinding list
  • Deliver registered grinding boxes and materials as well as work orders to production
  • Fill in order forms, pack, and send tools for coating
  • Receive tools from coating and sort them to the correct order/customer
  • Pack and send tools to customers
  • Pack tools for delivery with the turbo vehicle
  • Prepare shipping labels, freight documents, and book transports in our booking system
  • Scan and archive completed orders
  • Laser marking and labeling
  • Cleaning and maintaining your own workstation
  • Be the face of the company to customers and freight forwarders visiting us on-site.
  • Deliver tools to customers who come to pick them up

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

· Have experience with Visma administration 2000

· Have knowledge of tools

At times, it can be quite stressful, and a lot happens at once. It is therefore important that you can remain calm and independently plan your day and prioritize the tasks that are needed. You should also not be afraid to ask for help; at Beros, we work as a team and help each other when needed.
