Skeppa Rederi operates in the Tjust archipelago with the municipality of Västervik's vessels M/S Ellen Key and M/S Kung Märta. The scheduled archipelago traffic goes to the two islands of Hasselö and Idö with stops along the way to and from Västervik center (Archipelago Terminal).

We are now looking for more ship officers for the summer of 2025.

The position involves passenger boats during daytime and evening hours, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone skilled in operating vessels and who has:

• Ship officer class VII or higher

• Medical certificate for seafarers

• Basic Safety training

As a person, you are responsible and driven. You are meticulous and enjoy providing service to our passengers.

It is important that you are attentive and have good collaboration and initiative skills as we are a small team. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Employment Conditions

The employment is seasonal from June to August. There may also be work in the pre- and post-season as needed.

The position can be shared among several captains, so please reach out if you can only work during certain periods.
