We are now looking for a structured and committed warehouse and logistics manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our material flow.

About the position:

As the warehouse and logistics manager at AH Automation, you will have a central role in the organization. You will be responsible for inventory management, purchasing, and logistics flows, ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. The position involves close collaboration with project managers, designers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and conduct stocktaking.
• Purchase and follow up on orders for materials and components.
• Work in and develop our business system (Monitor).
• Ensure efficient logistics and delivery flows.
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as picking lists.
• Maintain close contact and dialogue with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Contribute to improvements in routines and processes within purchasing, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing, inventory, and logistics work, preferably in a technical/industrial environment.
• Good familiarity with business systems and purchasing/order flows.
• Structured, meticulous, communicative, and responsible.
• Good computer skills and administrative ability.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).
• Forklift license.

Meritorious:

• Experience in automation, electrical, or industrial fields.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization and improvement work.
• Experience with Monitor ERP system.
• Heavy lifting.
