About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced forklift operators with experience in reach trucks for our external client. Depending on the assignment, other tasks may also be included, and you will work in several departments where manual labor with physical lifting is part of the job. Therefore, we prefer candidates who have good physical condition and strength to handle the tasks. Our client offers training in various departments before you get the opportunity to operate the forklift on-site.

When moving heavy loads, it is important to be meticulous and a safe forklift operator who handles the forklift and goods in a secure and safe manner. There may be occasions where you need to unload trailers by hand.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and dispatching goods, which will constitute a large part of your work

• Operating reach trucks

• Loading and unloading goods

• Efficient stacking and storage of products

• Performing other tasks related to terminal operations

You will play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient flows in our warehouse operations.

Working hours will be scheduled on weekdays between 09:00-18:00.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience operating forklifts and feels confident behind the wheel. Since the job involves a considerable amount of independent responsibility, we value that you are structured and good at planning and prioritizing your tasks. You are flexible and have a positive attitude towards various tasks, while also understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Requirements for the Position:

• Good computer skills

• Forklift license type A-B (certification)

• Experience with long forks is a plus

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Mobile Consultant:

Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
