Main Responsibilities

To our E-commerce warehouse in Västra Frölunda, we are now looking for you who thrive in a fast-paced and physical work environment! As a warehouse worker, your main task is to pick our customers' grocery bags and deliver goods to picking stations. Since we constantly strive to improve our service and offerings to customers, we expect you to bring high efficiency and quality to your work at the warehouse.

It is important to us that you work in an ergonomically correct manner, are flexible in switching between tasks during the day, collaborate well with your colleagues, and want to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.

All employees at the warehouse work together to continuously improve our workplace and simplify our working methods. You are involved and take great responsibility for order and cleanliness in the workplace. The goal is to create a smart and safe workplace where we thrive and feel good.

Start date is by agreement, starting as soon as possible. We use personality tests during the recruitment process and drug testing upon employment. Random drug tests are conducted regularly at the workplace.

Scope: Permanent position at 100%, starting with a 6-month probation period.

Start Date: 2026-09-14 or by agreement

Working Hours: Daytime, weekend work may occur.

What We Expect

Good physical fitness is required, and taking care of your health is a prerequisite. The job requires you to work towards achieving set goals within the specified time, be organized, and meticulous. The right attitude is important to us. You must be at least 18 years old.

A forklift license is meritorious but not a requirement, as we train our employees when forklift operation becomes relevant. Previous experience in physical work and similar environments is meritorious. It is also meritorious if your previous work involved customer or supplier contact, handling challenges or problems that arose at the workplace, and collaborating with people from different backgrounds, speaking different languages, and bringing different perspectives.
