Unit Leader at Orthopedics, Department 12

Department 12 is a modern orthopedic care unit with 24 single rooms, creating new opportunities for both patients and staff. Here, we actively work to develop new working methods and smart solutions that strengthen our work environment and improve the patient experience.

We provide acute inpatient care and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, fractures, and traumas. Our mission is to deliver high quality in care and nursing actions, in line with our goals. An important focus area for us is person-centered care, which permeates both our approach and our development going forward.

About the assignment:

As a unit leader, you will receive a developing and responsible assignment where you, in close collaboration with the unit manager, will help drive the department's daily work and continued development. The tasks are shaped in dialogue based on the needs of the operation and your experiences and interests.

The assignment is time-limited for 3 years, with continued permanent employment as a nurse at Orthopedics (38.25 hours/week). The position as a unit leader is full-time, 40 hours/week, with some weekend work.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed nurse
  • Extensive professional experience in Orthopedics
  • Swedish C1

You have the ability to lead, organize, and structure your work effectively – and find it enjoyable to do so together with others.
