We are now looking for someone who wants to work full-time on the night shift as a production worker in the construction industry. Experience with night work is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is that night work suits you and your everyday life.

You will work in a factory environment where walls and concrete building components for housing and other properties are manufactured. Night work takes place in a close-knit team where calm pace, structure, and responsibility are crucial for the work to function well.

In this role, you will work practically in production with tasks such as casting, reinforcement, post-processing, and inspection of finished building components. The work is both manual and supported by machines and tools. At night, it is especially important to work methodically, follow routines, and take responsibility for quality and safety – something that suits you if you are meticulous and self-driven.

The position is full-time with fixed night shifts. The work is physical and suits you who enjoy an active job and can maintain focus even during late hours.

• Participate in the manufacturing of concrete building components

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a person who works well with clear routines and takes responsibility for your work. If you have previous experience with night shifts, it is an advantage, but we also welcome those who have not worked nights before but feel that the working hours suit their life situation.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and you easily understand instructions and safety regulations. As a person, you are stable, meticulous, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently when required and together with others when the work requires collaboration.

Previous experience in construction, industry, or production is advantageous, as well as work with concrete, crane licenses, or concrete training – but not a requirement. For us, the right attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are more important than previous titles.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Ability to work in a structured and responsible manner

• Interest and willingness to work full-time on the night shift

Meritorious

• Previous experience with night shifts

• Experience in construction, industry, or production

• Previous work with concrete

• Crane license or concrete training
