LKAB Mekaniska

LKAB Mekaniska is a workshop specializing in steel construction and machining. We have the machines, facilities, and expertise to develop, design, and deliver everything from small components to large steel structures.

Your role

As a Calibration Assembler, you will work with assembly according to pick lists, pack, label, and band products, and ensure that deliveries are correct. You will manage a small inventory and make sure everything is in order. The role also includes calibrating torque wrenches, dial indicators, and welding if necessary. You will follow a calibration program and timelines, remind customers of upcoming calibrations, and have some customer contact regarding calibration issues. It is a practical and technical role where organizational skills and problem-solving are essential for success.

What you bring with you

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and ensures that things are completed on time. You are structured and detail-oriented, even when there are many orders and small components to keep track of. When something doesn’t go as planned, you are solution-oriented and find ways forward. You are also a team player who collaborates with colleagues and maintains a positive attitude in customer interactions. Furthermore, you have a technical interest.

We expect you to have

  • Driver's license B for manual transmission
  • Approved high school grades
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have

  • Workshop experience
  • Experience with Monitor
  • Knowledge of reading drawings
