Operational Team Leader in Welding

Are you a skilled welder with production experience looking to take the next step in your career and combine your practical work with greater responsibility? Do you enjoy working side by side with your team while leading production on a daily basis? Then this could be the role for you.

We are now looking for an operational team leader for our client's production in packaging and logistics solutions for the industry. The role is practical and present – you will weld yourself, participate in production, and at the same time be responsible for planning, distributing, and following up on the work within the team. You will ensure that materials and resources are in place, lead several parallel projects, and support the team in their daily work.

Employment Type:

This is initially a consultancy assignment. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition to our partner in the long term, provided everything works well.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial production, preferably metal
• Experience in MIG welding
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred:

• Previous leadership, coordinating, or responsible role
• MIG & TIG welding certification
• Driver's license (B)

As a person, you are confident in your role as a welder, unpretentious, and responsible. You enjoy working alongside your team while leading and supporting your colleagues in their daily tasks and driving the team towards common goals. You plan and distribute work, create structure in production, and ensure that projects are carried out according to plan. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
