Assembler/Production Worker Wanted

We are currently looking for an assembler/production worker for our client just outside Gothenburg. The company works with rental and sales of containers, specially produced and customized container solutions, and terminal operations.

The job is scheduled during daytime from 07:00 to 15:30.

About the Position

As an assembler at our client, you will work with assembly, reconstruction, and completion of larger modular solutions made from shipping containers. The job involves tasks such as welding, cutting, and grinding, and requires a lot of physical work. You should have experience in welding (MIG/MAG/TIG) and be able to perform both heavier welding tasks and fine welding. Much of the information and instructions will come via terminals, so it is a plus if you have some computer skills.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in construction, assembly, and/or manufacturing of larger products. You should have knowledge of welding and be able to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. It is advantageous if you can handle various types of tools such as cutting, grinding, and welding equipment. You are a structured and organized person with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. You have a desire to contribute to the development and streamlining of work processes and have the ability to take initiative.

Requirements for the Position:

• Previous experience in assembly, construction, and manufacturing - preferably of larger products
• Welding (MIG/MAG/TIG) and sheet metal and steel work
• Ability to handle various types of tools such as cutting, welding, and grinding equipment
• Computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and other technical documents
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
