At Agillo, we are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented employee for one of our client's planning departments in Kungälv. We are seeking someone who has an interest in administrative work, enjoys computer-based tasks, and has a strong desire to learn and grow in the role. Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Temporary 2026-03-16 – 2027-02-26

Working hours: Monday-Friday, typically 08.00–16.30

Job Responsibilities

In the role of planning staff, you will work on planning, coordinating, and optimizing transports in collaboration with carriers and warehouses, based on order situations, delivery requests, and time aspects. The role is administrative and requires good structure, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Your tasks will include:

• Planning and coordinating transports
• Ongoing communication with customer service in Warsaw and the warehouse in Kungälv
• Acting as a link between the customer and carriers
• Producing, checking, sorting, and archiving freight documents
• Participating in digitization efforts and contributing to the department's continued development

You will be part of a team of six people where collaboration and shared responsibility are important parts of everyday life.

Requirements for the position

• Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Interest in administrative and service-oriented work
• Ability to work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner

Previous experience in planning, logistics, or administrative work is advantageous but not required.
