Are you a person who thrives outdoors and wants to contribute to creating a welcoming and harmonious environment for patients, visitors, and staff? We are now seeking a handy and driven team member for our green space maintenance team at the hospital area.

Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties. We are currently making the largest investments ever in the hospital areas in Skåne. Regionfastigheter project manages, builds, and develops large complex projects in sensitive hospital environments. The operational area includes a variety of different technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control technology, medical gases, power supply, and external environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a park worker with us, you will have a varied and physical job where you are responsible for keeping our outdoor environments in top condition. Your tasks include everything from mowing lawns and weed control to pruning bushes and general maintenance of plantings. Through your work, you create a safe and beautiful environment that makes a difference for everyone who spends time in the area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in green space maintenance: You have previously worked with park work, gardening, or similar physical outdoor work.
• Machine experience: You are comfortable handling hand tools such as trimmers, hedge trimmers, and lawn mowers.
• Driver's license: A B driver's license is required for you to be able to move around and transport equipment within the area.
• Plant knowledge: You have a basic understanding of plants, pruning techniques, and effective weed control.

Desirable qualifications:
We see it as a great plus if you:

• Have a relevant education in gardening or landscape management.
• Hold certificates for chainsaw and brush cutter.
• Have experience operating heavier machinery or tractors.
