ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will work with warehouse and order management and play an important role in ensuring the delivery and distribution of blood glucose meters to the healthcare sector. The assignment is part-time, approximately two days a week starting from 2026-03-10. Customer interviews are planned for week 9.

The position is a consulting assignment via Academic Work and is suitable for those looking for a long-term part-time job with the opportunity to work more during the summer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role primarily involves handling incoming orders, communicating with customers, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth order process and high customer satisfaction.

• Order management and registration in the business system
• Booking of shipping documents
• Follow-up on deliveries and discrepancies
• Packing and shipping
• Warehouse management

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has an ongoing post-secondary education (at least 12 months left until graduation) or another main occupation (at least 50%)
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Can work full-time independently from July 3-30, 2026
• Is comfortable with physical work and can handle lifting packages up to approximately 8 kg
• Has experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Is proactive and solution-oriented

It is a merit if you have previous experience in order management.
