Fresh and Clean - The Green Cleaners® – Seeking new employees

Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy delivering a clean result?

At Fresh and Clean - The Green Cleaners®, we have specialized in home cleaning, move-out cleaning, and other cleaning services since 2016 – our focus is on the customer, delivering quality and precision in our cleaning services.

You will work according to a cleaning instruction developed jointly by the customer and the company, which clarifies what the cleaning should include. You will work in teams of two but sometimes alone. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's wishes regarding cleaning, as cleaning conditions at the customer's location may change over time.

We invest in our staff and offer new employees internal training, both theoretical and practical, where you will learn about cleaning chemicals and safe working methods.

We provide you with the tools to develop and grow in your profession.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

✔ Stress-resistant

✔ Detail-oriented and solution-focused

✔ Good at collaborating and communicating

✔ Able to work in teams and independently

✔ Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

✔ Ready to work in Östergötland

✔ Holds a manual B driver's license

✔ Has experience in cleaning in a home environment
