Linköping Cathedral Parish – a parish that makes a difference.

In Linköping Cathedral Parish, people with deep competence in theology, diaconate, pedagogy, music, administration, and service work together. There is room for knowledge exchange, reflection, laughter, and good conversations between and within each professional group. Our goal is to make the best use of each other's resources, work together, and continuously develop based on our vision 'So that the world may live.' The parish's goal is to contribute to a good society and strengthen church traditions with a particular focus on baptism and confirmation. The Cathedral Parish consists of nine congregations. We celebrate services in 11 churches where volunteers significantly contribute to a vibrant congregational life. There are more than 200 employees with a shared administration that provides professional support with relevant expertise in finance, HR, funeral and property issues, cleaning, communication, and IT.

We are now looking for cleaners who want to work with us during the summer or work extra as needed.

About the job

As a cleaner with us, you will work with cleaning our churches, parish facilities, preschools, offices, and other properties. We have about 30 properties in central Linköping. In the role of cleaner, you will be assigned an area for which you are responsible, and you will move between several properties.

The work includes daily cleaning as well as deep cleaning. Our cleaning team consists of 7 people who start the day together. The work is then carried out independently as everyone has different areas of responsibility.

About you

We are looking for someone who has completed primary school and has started or completed secondary education. Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage. To succeed in the role of cleaner, you need to be meticulous, reliable, and self-driven. We also value good teamwork skills and flexibility.

A driving license with B category is a requirement as we move between our properties by car.

Location

You will be based at Fridtunagatan 2 in Linköping.

Employment period

We are looking for summer substitutes for the period W.25-33 and hourly substitutes who can work at other times of the year when needs arise in the operation.
