Location Organization for Gothenburg
Gothenburg is a so-called regional office with full staffing and operates as a separate legal entity within the ALT Hiss AB group. The regional office in Gothenburg is staffed with a Regional Manager who also sells modernization, a team leader for service and repairs with 10 service technicians, and on-call readiness around the clock every day of the year. Installation leaders for all installations with 10 installers and subcontractors, in addition to this, there are also two salespeople for new elevators and escalators. In total, we have 25 employees in Gothenburg and generated over 60 million in revenue in 2025.
We are looking for a team leader for after-sales at our regional office in Gothenburg to lead the service work in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. We currently have 10 service technicians in the team.
As a team leader, you will also handle the sales of repairs, manage invoicing documentation, and maintain the service system, and of course, ensure that our fault correction and on-call organization are the most efficient in the industry!
As a service team leader, you will have a role that involves developing and maintaining customer relationships together with our service manager and modernization salesperson who sell the larger packages; this group must collaborate closely to provide the customer with a straightforward interaction with us. This is also the department in the company that meets the most customers repeatedly and is a very important part of our work with customer satisfaction.
You will be based in Gothenburg and primarily travel within Västra Götaland with your own company car.
Who are you?
We would like you to have experience in a leading or coordinating role, and a few years of practical experience in the industry is a strong advantage as you will be handling spare parts. There are many points of contact, so it is important that you enjoy having multiple social contacts both internally and externally; collaboration is the key to achieving results.
We believe you are a service-oriented team player with good leadership skills and the ability to motivate your employees and lead the group effectively.
