Operational Team Leader in Production

Are you a skilled welder with production experience looking to take the next step in your career and combine your practical work with greater responsibility? Do you enjoy working alongside your team while also leading production on a daily basis? Then this might be the role for you.

We are now seeking an operational team leader for our client's production in packaging and logistics solutions for industry. The role is practical and present – you will weld yourself, participate in production, and simultaneously be responsible for planning, distributing, and following up on the work within the team. You will ensure that materials and resources are in place, lead multiple parallel projects, and support the team in their daily work.

Start: By agreement
Location: Northern Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time, daytime Mon-Fri
Employment type: This is initially a consultancy assignment. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition to our partner in the long term, provided everything goes well.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial production, preferably metal
• Experience in MIG welding
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Previous leading, coordinating, or responsible role
• Welding licenses MIG & TIG
• Driving license B

As a person, you are confident in your role as a welder, unpretentious, and responsible. You enjoy working alongside the team while leading and supporting your colleagues in their daily tasks and driving the team towards common goals. You plan and distribute the work, create structure in production, and ensure that projects are carried out as planned. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
