IMPORTANT ABOUT SUMMER JOBS/SEASONAL WORK AT PAJALA MUNICIPALITY

Seasonal jobs at Pajala Municipality are available in 2026 in various departments such as the Labor Market Unit, Leisure Unit, Culture Unit, Food and Hygiene, Technology and Service, Preschool/After School, Elderly Care, Home Care.

Your salary:
born 2009-2010 75 SEK/h
born 2007-2008 85 SEK/h
Vacation pay is added to the salary.

Working hours: You work daytime, 6 hours per day on weekdays. You cannot work evenings or weekends.
Insurance: You are insured through your school insurance.

Seasonal periods:

Period 1: 26-06-15--26-07-03
Period 2: 26-07-06--26-07-24
Please state in your application if you wish for period 1 or period 2.

The seasonal jobs will be filled once the necessary political decisions are made.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be registered in Pajala Municipality and not have another summer job.

As the number of positions is limited, selection will be made by offering positions primarily to those who have completed year 1 or 2 of high school. If there are remaining positions, they will also be offered to those who have completed year 9 of compulsory school.

Pajala Municipality is part of the administrative area for Meänkieli and Finnish, therefore it is an advantage if you have knowledge of one or both of these languages.
