BUP Stockholm is now looking for additional nurses for our unit BUP En väg in, for hourly work.
En väg in is an organization that receives all new cases to BUP Stockholm. The organization is located at Näsbydalsvägen 23 in Täby.
BUP En väg in
offers residents under 18 years of age within Region Stockholm, who are seeking child psychiatric care, an accessible and qualified assessment.
En väg in is staffed by experienced healthcare professionals who, through various channels such as digital or phone, ensure that the patient and their relatives receive the right care at the right place and at the right time. The unit receives all incoming referrals to BUP Stockholm and assesses whether the patient needs the specialized child psychiatry's interventions.
Job Description
You will work with receiving self-referrals by phone, self-referrals digitally, and participating in SIP meetings. Collaboration with care neighbors and partners within and outside the organization is also included.
Qualifications
You must be a licensed specialist nurse. Experience working as a nurse in child and adolescent psychiatry is an advantage, but experience in other psychiatric settings is also valuable.

About Us
BUP En väg in is part of BUP Stockholm. BUP Stockholm offers specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents aged 0 to 17 within Stockholm County. We are part of the Stockholm County healthcare area, which is a provider within Region Stockholm. Together, we within BUP are about 1,200 employees who meet over 22,000 children, adolescents, and their families each year.
The position will be filled provided that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:
- background checks are applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment examination, according to current directives, conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
