The Helsingborg cemetery administration is part of the Church of Sweden Helsingborg and is responsible for burial operations and the maintenance of the parish's cemeteries. The operations are divided into three districts, and we are a little over 80 employees in the cemetery administration, and we are now looking for a team leader for a permanent position in the northern district.

About the position

As a team leader, you have an important role in the daily work at the cemetery by being the link between the cemetery workers and the cemetery manager. Together with the cemetery manager, you plan and lead the daily work and work long-term with overall planning. The position involves practical work such as maintaining green areas and graves, and there are also administrative tasks delegated by the cemetery manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a team player and enjoys working with people. You have a respectful and inclusive approach towards everyone. You easily build relationships and create trust with those you meet. Good communication and pedagogical skills are important, and you should be service-oriented. We would like you to have previously worked in a supervisory position.

You have a green education and work experience in similar work. You have the ability and willingness to take an active part in daily management, as well as good collaboration skills. Practical experience and familiarity with machinery are advantageous. You have at least a manual B driver's license. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The position is a permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period, full-time. Start date according to agreement. Individual salary setting applies.
