We are looking for someone who wants to work at Näset parish cemeteries this summer!

About the position

Working as a cemetery worker within the Church of Sweden is a varied, but also physically demanding job within the green sector. The work includes regular green space maintenance such as trimming and mowing grass and hedges, weeding, shoveling gravel graves, and maintaining flower beds.

As a cemetery worker, it is important to be able to work in a structured manner, follow routines, and have a good ability to prioritize. We see that you are an engaged employee who can work both in a team and independently. You accept guidance without prestige and are loyal to your tasks and employer.

You should enjoy working outdoors full-time in all weather, be in good physical shape, and be resilient. At the cemetery, you will often meet people in grief, so a respectful approach to all visitors is essential.

Meritorious

· B driver's license

· Education in green space work or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, or work experience in green space maintenance

Working hours:

Full-time. Regulated working hours, Monday-Friday.

Duration: 4-10 weeks, suitable for students.

Start date: by agreement, but no earlier than June 2025.
