The role of Nursing Assistant with us

In the job, you provide good care and social support based on the residents' needs during the night. Your work also includes social documentation and various health care tasks. In our work, we base our actions on our common values and workplace culture; we deliver, we collaborate, we innovate, and we welcome.

We work qualitatively and purposefully with the BPSD register and other methods that promote a person-centered approach where care and support are provided safely and securely based on the individual's needs and wishes. We believe that the role of the contact person is very important and we want you to take great responsibility in that area.

Your profile

As a person, you are accommodating and respectful in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You exude calmness, create security for our residents, and it is natural for you to always have the care recipient's best interests in mind. You are innovative and curious about new technology as this is used a lot in our work. You enjoy learning new things and being involved in the development of the operation.

Furthermore, you are responsible and contribute with your positive attitude and engagement to a good work environment. We want everyone who works with us to contribute to good camaraderie by being flexible and good colleagues in all situations. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant
• has good computer skills
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working as care staff at night

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement. Your working hours will be from 21:50 to 06:50. The schedule will include working every other weekend.

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. When employed as a nursing assistant, you will therefore need to present proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.
