ABOUT THE POSITION

The unit you will belong to works to drive incoming exploitation projects initiated by external actors. Their project managers run exploitation projects according to the company's project model and routines, focusing on water and stormwater management. The area of responsibility ranges from planning and design from system documentation to the implementation of contracts.

You will assist various project managers depending on the needs in their daily tasks during ongoing projects. Furthermore, you will also work with other tasks within the unit, where you will assist with matters such as handling investment issues.

The role will largely involve working with budgets, calculations, forecasts, financial follow-ups, and to some extent, also scheduling. In addition, you will also perform daily project administration. See below for additional tasks that will occur in the role.

You will be based at the head office in Ulvsunda/Bromma and will also go out on site visits with project and construction managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Report and administer project administration and other project-specific tasks in ongoing projects in various systems.
Prepare documents according to the project management handbook in consultation with project managers.
Prepare relevant documents and decision materials related to projects, e.g., minutes, investment matters, and project and steering group matters.
Manage budget and forecast follow-ups in consultation with project managers, as well as administer requisitions and invoices.
Participate and take minutes at design and construction meetings.
Administer consultant calls according to framework agreements, IT.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a university/college education with a focus on technical, sustainability, and/or community building. Attach your degree certificate with your application.
Has experience in similar work in a role as a project engineer or similar where you have participated in projects at various stages.
Has experience in project economics and budget management.
Has experience with relevant project tools and is a regular user of administrative tools in the Office package.
Communicates fluently in spoken and written Swedish, where you have an excellent ability to express yourself in writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

Completed courses in project management and GIS tools.
Experience in the water industry/community building projects and/or the community building process.
Experience in writing investment matters and service statements.
A valid driver's license (B).
