As a production manager craftsman

you will help make the vision a reality. This is the role for you who thrives close to the operations, enjoys leading in everyday life, and wants to ensure that everything works from start to finish.

Your role

As a production manager craftsman, you are responsible for ensuring that the operation works in practice – from the first customer contact to final delivery. Together with a customer manager craftsman and a unit manager, you form the permanent staff at the reuse center. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Customer contacts, including kick-off meetings and follow-ups during ongoing projects
• Implementation and quality assurance of reuse inventory
• Implementation and quality assurance of reuse dismantling
• Support during training and study visits
• Handling incoming materials; system management, inventory, and logistics
• Reconditioning of materials
• Supervision of operational staff
• Sales of materials, both on-site and via online store
• Handling, packing, and distribution of materials to be sent to customers
• Customer service
• Cleaning

In short – you are the hub that ensures that the flows work, that customers get what they need, and that reuse becomes both efficient and inspiring.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone with experience in leadership within production, construction, warehousing, or a similar field. You likely have a background as a carpenter or another craft in construction or equivalent. You are used to planning, implementing, and following up work in digital systems, and you enjoy meeting customers, suppliers, and partners. Since the work involves some lifting, good physical ability is required. You should have a B driver's license.

Preferred qualifications include experience in:

• Warehouse management, logistics systems, or sales
• Carpentry, electrical work, or other construction crafts
• Reuse, dismantling, or building material management
• Responsibility position in warehouse operations
• Sales, both physical and digital
• Work in municipal or other public operations

Personal abilities and skills

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, and enjoys taking responsibility. You are an everyday leader who can motivate and coordinate others, and you are ready to jump in where needed. You are practically minded, have an eye for order and logistics. You thrive on taking personal responsibility and driving your work forward, even when circumstances change. Since this is a new role in a new operation, you need to be confident in making decisions and creating structure, where the frameworks are not always given.
