Your Main Responsibilities

As a machine setter at Nammo, you play a very important role. You will modify and set up machines in the production line and perform basic maintenance and repair work. Together with your colleagues, you will monitor the machines, check quality, and solve challenges that arise. You will continuously participate in the ongoing change and improvement work aimed at optimizing production.

Who Are You?

A HANDY PROBLEM SOLVER. We are looking for someone who has completed high school education, preferably with a technical or industrial profile. To take on this role, it is beneficial if you have a few years of experience in the industry and have worked with machines. You should be able to read technical drawings for tools and products. A mechanical interest and a strong willingness to learn new tasks can compensate for the lack of formal education. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
