Job Responsibilities

As a Laser Operator at Hammar Maskin AB, you will be responsible for laser cutting sheet metal parts for production, focusing on time efficiency and material optimization. You will:

• Process sheet metal parts using laser cutters.
• Program and adjust laser programs.
• Perform other workshop tasks such as bending and packaging.
• Work independently but also in teams, according to production planning priorities.

The working hours are during the day.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with a technical education in workshop technology or equivalent experience. It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC machines.
• Experience with robotics and machine maintenance.
• Good familiarity with reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.

You are a meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented person who can work independently as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as IT skills, are required.
