We are now looking for several Machine Operators who want to be part of our team in Skene. As an operator in production, your main tasks will be to work together with your teammates to ensure that our products are completed and meet the highest quality standards. The tasks may vary depending on which part of the production you will be involved in.

Examples of tasks include:

• Setting up machines for different products.
• Conducting ongoing quality checks on produced materials.
• Monitoring the process regarding execution and functionality.
• Ensuring that the machine produces at a steady flow and maintains the correct quality.
• Working with basic troubleshooting in case of stoppages/problems.
• Collaborating with other operators and support functions.

Furthermore, you are problem-solving and take responsibility for performing your tasks in accordance with our values, always prioritizing safety. For this role, we place great emphasis on personal qualities. You will be based in Skene and work in the Packaging Solutions division.

Skills and qualifications required for these roles:

• Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in process industry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish.

Meritorious:

• Understanding and being able to communicate in English.
• Forklift license B.
• Driving license B.
