This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but will work on-site with the client in Götene.

Location: Götene
Assignment start: Immediately

Working hours: 3-shift or 5-shift
Assignment length: 6 months, with a good possibility of extension or takeover by the client

About the job

As a process operator, you will work closely with production and be an important part of the manufacturing of both clinical and commercial products. You will work according to clear processes and focus on quality, documentation, and improvement work. The role suits you who thrive in a changing environment and have a strong technical interest.

Your tasks

• Work on the development and improvement of documentation and work processes
• Sewing, assembling, and packing products
• Accurate documentation of completed work steps
• Ensure equipment operation and contribute with technical understanding
• Participate in improvement and optimization work
• Develop your own skills and contribute to the team's development

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and independent, but who also enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's common goals. You have a genuine interest in technology and want to further develop in a production-related role. The work can be physically demanding, which means you need to enjoy practical and mobile tasks.

Requirements for the position

• High school education in Technology or Natural Sciences, or at least two years of relevant work experience
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension - Documentation test will be conducted during the interview
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and comfort in working with administrative systems
• Ability to independently document work steps
• Good collaboration skills, social competence, and customer focus
• Strong technical interest and willingness to develop technical knowledge

Meritorious

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience from a manufacturing LEAN environment
• Studies from Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG)
