With us, you will become an important part of a smaller, personal team where quality, environmental awareness, and teamwork are in focus. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the workshop and relieve the CEO of daily tasks while also being involved in workshop work.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the workshop and ensure that production flows from start to finish. You will work closely with the workshop technicians and be actively involved in the workshop yourself.

Your main responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the workshop and daily production.
• Leadership and support for workshop technicians.
• Hands-on work with cleaning and renovating diesel particulate filters and silencers.
• Quality responsibility and quality assurance of services.
• Maintenance and servicing of workshop machinery (pneumatics and basic electrical work).
• Customer contact, advice, and upselling.
• Close collaboration and support for the CEO in the business.

We are looking for someone who has

• Good experience and skills in workshop work
• Good all-round knowledge of mechanical workshops
• A strong sense of order, quality, and safety
• The ability to take overall responsibility and ownership of a workshop
• A solution-oriented, meticulous, and flexible attitude
• Good collaboration skills, patience, and social competence
• Good Swedish in speech and writing as well as high computer skills

Preferred experiences

• Experience in truck or machinery service
• Previous leadership experience
• Education in electrical and/or pneumatic systems
