DFDS Logistics Services AB is a transport company with over 350 employees in Sweden. The company is part of the DFDS Group, which offers logistics solutions across Europe with terminals, cargo ships, trains, trucks, and warehouses.

We are now looking for a truck driver for extra work as needed at our terminal in Karlshamn. In this role, you will be offered work when we need to strengthen our capacity during temporary peaks or when regular staff need to be replaced due to illness or leave.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks consist of loading, transporting, and unloading goods. The work is based at our terminal on Östersjövägen in Karlshamn and is scheduled for both daytime and evenings and weekends. Since we have runs that may involve several nights of overnight stays in the truck, and up to 60 hours of work in a single week, we are looking for someone who can accommodate this if such a need arises.

Qualifications

• CE driver's license
• Digital tachograph card
• Forklift license
• Valid YKB
• Professional knowledge of Swedish and/or English
• Can drive long-distance runs involving overnight stays in the truck and work 60 hours in a week if needed.

Meritorious

• Experience driving a tractor with a trailer or dolly.
• Valid ADR certificate
